What happens if teachers do not submit teacher evaluation forms to colleges by the application due date?

Do colleges consider the application incomplete and disregard it? Or do they just delay your acceptance?|||Some colleges will accept late letters of recommendation. Others will not.|||Same thing's happening to me.

But yea, some school will allow your teacher's to give it a little later, others will not. Like stanford, your application would be completely disregarded, i think.
