Where r the cpt forms are available and what is the last date of submitting the form.?

CPT forms are available on the ICAI branch offices only. You can purchase a form by paying Rs.100 and submit it any time as convenient to you. After submitting the form you will be alligible to write your CP Test in Feb, May, Aug, or Nov whichever is early......... Do it................ Enjoy it
