My daughter's father does not contest paternity and we have both submitted our financial info. My caseworker says the last thing is to attend a court hearing and she will let me know when it will be.
How long does it take to get a date for the hearing?|||I was told 3 to 4 weeks. I am waiting for my court date for child support too.|||Depending on what state you are in the amount of time can vary. Normally, up to 90 days from the time the filing in done.|||About three to four months, but that's only during a legal separation. The actual divorce with the Judgment and Decree takes over a year!
