What is the normal date for completing the application for West point?

I am applying to west point and was wondering if I should be finishing up my application or if I have time to like update it when i take the act again? When do most people submit their finished applications?|||The deadline is some time in February 2012; however, it is suggested that you complete your application no later than November 2011 to be truly competitive for admission. You can continue to update your file throughout the year, thus meaning any ACT scores you receive between now and February can be sent to West Point and still be considered in your overall file. Most competitive candidates have their files completed by November at the latest.
