Why will EFTPS not let me choose 7/26/2010 as a settlement date?

The settlement date would be today and when I submit the date, it says "Your settlement date must be on a business day." But today is a business day :((|||I think you need to do it one day in advance... at least. It happend to me too last month, since I gotta switch all my clients to EFTPS before December.|||Because you can't choose today. The earliest you can choose is tomorrow.|||because you waited too long and the next business day is at least tomorrow?
