I can submit my graduation transfer certificate as date of birth proof to apply for passport?

i want to apply for passport but i lost my school certificate 4 years ago. i can submit my graduation certificate as date of birth proof|||Yes if the graduation certificate mentions your date of birth %26amp; your graduation was done from recognized educational institution . Read this extract from the Passport Information Booklet %26gt;%26gt;%26gt; Proof of Date of Birth (attach one of the following):





Birth certificate issued by a Municipal Authority or district office of the Registrar of Births %26amp; Deaths;





Date of birth certificate from the school last attended by the applicant or any other recognized educational institution; or an Affidavit sworn before a Magistrate/Notary stating date/place of birth as per the specimen in ANNEXURE 鈥楢鈥?by illiterate or semi-illiterate applicants.





N.B.: In the case of applicants born on or after 26.01.89, only Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or the Office of the Registrar of Births %26amp; Deaths is acceptable.|||u hav only 2 options for proof as date of birth

one is date of birth certificate given in hospital.


other one is your tenth (10th) class certificate.


if u lost ur 10th class certificate u can reapply for


it's copy in ur school board.|||All documents showing DOB are OK.
