Some offices do not accept after financial year is over.|||You have certainly mentioned a lot of bills and a lot of years. Here it is simply put: On your 2008 tax return (that you are probably working on now), you can claim medical bills that you paid during the calendar year 2008. In other words if you wrote the check in 2008 you can take it. If you charged them to your credit card in 2008 you can take it. That is regardless of the year the medical treatment happened. All that matters is the year that you paid them, and that they were for somebody on the tax form as either taxpayer, spouse, or dependent.|||No. This is not allowed. The med bills must pertain "only" to the FY; not just this - it must pertain only to the period you are in the particular Firm. If you worked in Firm A until September 08 and then in Firm B, Firm B will consider only bills from October (whence you are their Employee).
