Do we Defendants have to submit evidence before court date in small claims- its for collections Also, it is a?
summons to appear. we have evidence that we dont owe the collections agency and we want to be prepared when we go and we were wondering if you have to submit it to the court before the court date or if we can just go with it in hand? we live in washington state|||Evidence is produced at trial.|||You dont even have to go to court, Just file a counter claim and show proof that you don't owe the money and that's all there is to it. Go to to your small claims office and discuss it with them.
