I had filled the visa form download and other requirements of visa applicatcation to spain. how do l submit it?

to the consulate in Lagos or the embassy in Abuja both in Nigeria. do l need to apply for a date to submit? can somebody submit on my behalf? do l need to apply for date of visa interview if any?

donald|||you have to bring the paper to the spain consulat and i think also a date for an interview but you have to go first to the consulat to give your paper
