For colleges, can I submit my application on the date of the deadline or do I have to submit it before then?

Honestly waiting till the last minute doesn't look good anyways, so I'd say absolutely before.. Besides if there are a lot of applications and you wait, they might not get to yours in time.|||I suggest calling the university you're sending it too; that's what I'm doing tomorrow!
